About This product
This APC Smart-UPS is crafted for IT managers and network administrators to ensure business continuity, data transfer, and uptime during extended power outages. The 3kVA line-interactive 4U rack/tower UPS delivers pure sine wave power, protecting critical electronics during power disruptions. The SMX model includes an IEC 320 C20 input and comes with BS1363A, IEC 320 C20, and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P power cords. It features 8 IEC 320 C13 outlets and 2 IEC 320 C19 outlets. The UPS is equipped with a SmartSlot for an optional Network Management Card, which facilitates the graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters via PowerChute Network Shutdown. It also includes 2 IEC jumper cables.

The UPS offers a 3-year warranty, while the built-in lead-acid battery has a 2-year warranty. It can connect to EcoStruxure IT or other third-party centralized management platforms. The SMX UPS is compatible with user-replaceable batteries, and the APC replacement battery cartridge restores the UPS to its original performance specifications. The Smart-UPS comes with tower-mounting stabilizing feet and rack-mounting brackets. It features 3 switchable outlet groups for more granular power management and an Emergency Power Off feature for remote shutdown during emergencies.
