About This Product
The Ubiquiti UniFi Enterprise Campus 48S PoE is a high-performance, Layer 3 managed switch designed for enterprise campus networks, large-scale deployments and demanding professional AV environments. Combining 48 high-speed PoE+++ Ethernet ports with 25G fibre uplinks and 100G stacking connectivity, it provides a powerful foundation for modern, high-density network infrastructure.

The switch features 32 × 2.5GbE RJ45 ports and 16 × 10GbE RJ45 ports, all supporting PoE+++, allowing compatible wireless access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones and other network devices to receive both data and power through a single Ethernet connection. With up to 90W available per port, it supports demanding powered devices while reducing the need for separate power supplies.

Four 25G SFP28 ports provide high-speed fibre connectivity, while two 100G QSFP28 ports support stacking and high-bandwidth network expansion. With a 680Gbps switching capacity, 340Gbps non-blocking throughput and a forwarding rate of 506 Mpps, the ECS-48S-PoE is designed to handle demanding enterprise traffic.

Advanced Layer 3 features include inter-VLAN routing, static routing and DHCP relay, alongside network security and traffic management capabilities such as 802.1X authentication, access control lists, DHCP snooping, IGMP snooping and multicast management. Integrated professional AV profiles support deployments using platforms including Dante, Q-SYS, NDI, SDVoE, Shure, AES67 and Crestron.

For reliable operation, the switch incorporates dual hot-swappable 1,200W power supply modules and four hot-swappable fan modules. Etherlighting™ provides illuminated port identification, while the integrated 1.3-inch touchscreen with AR management offers convenient access to device information and switch management at the rack.
