The Ubiquiti EAV-Fiber Enterprise Audio/Video Switch is a high-performance, Layer 3 managed switch designed for professional AV networks, high-speed fibre connectivity and demanding enterprise environments. Combining 20 × 10G SFP+ ports with 2 × 100G QSFP28 uplinks, it provides flexible, high-bandwidth connectivity for media production, broadcast infrastructure and large-scale network aggregation.

With an impressive 800Gbps switching capacity and 400Gbps of non-blocking throughput, the EAV-Fiber supports demanding data transmission requirements. Its Precision Time Protocol (PTPv2) capabilities enable accurate timing synchronisation for professional audio and video workflows, including SMPTE ST 2110, SDVoE and AES67 applications.

Advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking features include inter-VLAN routing, static routing, DHCP relay, link aggregation and comprehensive multicast management. Security features such as 802.1X authentication, access control lists, DHCP snooping and device isolation help maintain secure, reliable network operations.

Designed for continuous operation, the EAV-Fiber incorporates dual hot-swappable power supplies and four hot-swappable fan modules to simplify maintenance and improve resilience. Etherlighting™ provides illuminated port identification, while the integrated 1.3-inch touchscreen offers convenient at-a-glance device information.
