The RUCKUS R850 is a high‑performance, dual‑band Wi‑Fi 6 access point designed for environments with exceptionally heavy user demand. It features 12 spatial streams—8x8:8 in the 5 GHz band and 4x4:4 in the 2.4 GHz band—and incorporates technologies such as OFDMA, TWT, and MU‑MIMO to deliver superior efficiency. With support for up to 1,024 simultaneous users, the R850 offers stronger capacity, broader coverage, and faster performance in dense indoor areas. A 5 Gbps multigigabit Ethernet port also ensures that wired backhaul connections do not become a bottleneck.

Built for more than just Wi‑Fi, the R850 is compatible with both IoT and LTE solutions when paired with the RUCKUS IoT Suite or CBRS/OpenG modules, enabling broader connectivity options.

This access point is ideal for places like airports, stadiums, auditoriums, convention centers, and other crowded facilities where large numbers of devices need consistent, high‑quality connectivity.
