About This Product

Meraki devices use the Meraki cloud for centralised management and control. The Meraki cloud is licensed on a "per device, per year" basis. Each organisation is licensed for a certain number of devices through a termination date.

Advanced License Highlights

The Meraki Advanced Cloud Controller lets administrators build secure and scalable wireless networks quickly, easily, and at a lower cost. It provides centralised management, mobility and security across multiple deployments, and facilitates phenomenal real-time support. As the world's first hosted wireless LAN controller, the Meraki Advanced Cloud Controller eliminates the cost and complexity of traditional hardware-based wireless controllers.

  • Advanced features for security, user segmentation and more
  • Adaptive policy
  • Greater than 1,000 routes for OSPF
  • Cloud-based centralised management, eliminates on-site hardware controller
  • Network-wide visibility and control

  • Out-of-band control plane: network traffic does not pass through the cloud, so the network stays up if connection to the cloud is lost
  • Powerful multi-site management tools
  • Automatic RF optimisation, network monitoring and alerts
  • Seamless firmware and security updates
  • Intuitive browser-based dashboard eliminates training and dedicated staff
