Network Warehouse provide a full suite of support services to ensure your Cisco and/or Meraki investments are protected and thus your business uptime is ensured. We offer options of Cisco support services, 3rd party services and can also offer blended support to meet your business requirements.

Cisco Smartnet Support
If your Cisco network is mission critical, we would always suggest using Cisco support services as only they can provide the required software and security updates needed. This also provides access to Cisco experts (TAC), access to online resources and entitlement to Cisco installed base insights through smart capabilities.

3rd Party
An ideal option for businesses looking to reduce costs on legacy hardware and wish to ‘sweat their assets’. 3rd party does not offer software and security updates and it purely a hardware break fix service. This is suited to products that have gone end of support with Cisco and thus no updates are available.

Blended Support
As it sounds, this is a mixture of the two services above. Enjoy the costs savings of 3rd party support and uplift with a Cisco software only support contract to ensure you get those vital updates and TAC access. 3rd Party Service Level Agreements
As with Cisco, our 3rd party support service provides a range of different service levels in order to cater for different businesses requirements. 3rd party is however a little more flexible in that it can offer tailor made service for each customer. This can range from a next business day response to a 2 hour guaranteed hardware fix. Again, a great option if cost is the driver or the devices are end-of support and updates are no longer available.
